Nepal Sponsorship Program
Many families in Nepal live below the poverty line - which sometimes makes it difficult, if not impossible to send their children to school. We do our best to seek out the families who need the most assistance and provide help with tuition to ensure their children remain in school.
Our Earthquake Experience
Written by children in Nepal who survived the earthquake in April 2015, this book is now being used by teachers to educate students about the resilience of children in other parts of the world.
Cultural Exchange Program
Having the opportunity to experience a different culture and immersing oneself in a strange land, helps our youth learn more about themselves, opens their minds, and instills confidence and a stronger self-esteem.
Milwaukee's Newest Artisans
Refugee women from the Democratic Republic of the Congo upcycle plastic bags and use them to create beautifully designed handmade baskets and mats. They are very proud to share their work as this is one of their ways of contributing back to a community that has been so welcoming to them.
